Things You Need to Know

We founded Hannah by D with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more.

Return Policy


Hannah by D accepts returns of the goods within 14 days of receipt. The item should be in the same state that was sold to you and must be sent to us fully insured with the same tracked postal service that we used to send the item with.

Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and insurance. Buyer is responsible for all customs and import taxes that may occur. We do not accept returns on the basis of not paying customs.  Buyer is responsible for any return customs or taxes that may occur.

A 25% restocking fee occurs if the item is returned. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

We do not accept returns on items sold on layaway.



Postage

Shipping within the UK is via Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express.

Shipping worldwide is via DHL Express or Royal Mail Tracked and signed. Everything sold to you will be shipped with express postage within 48 hours and fully insured.



Layaways


Layaway is available for non-sale items over £250. This can be arranged over 3 equal instalments over three months. The first instalment is 33.3% of the item’s price, of which 25% is non-refundable. If the buyer fails to pay the instalments on time, the sale will be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded less the non-refundable deposit amount.
